- Introduction and Agreement
By launching and playing any of our (InchGames) games or any of our websites (the “Games”), you confirm that you have read and agreed to the latest version of our Terms of Service (the “Terms”).
We (the “InchGames”) keep the right to change these Terms whenever. If that happens in future we will update this page and change the date above. You agree to check from time to time this page for updated and read notification we send.
Before accessing or using our website, accessing or playing our Games, you are obliged to agree the Terms and our Privacy Policy. We can ask you to create an account on the Service(the “Account”). Before registering an Account, you confirm that your are at least 13 years old and you have read our Terms and agreed to them. If your age is between 13 and 17 your legal guardian must review and agree to Terms.
While accessing our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube or any other social networking page you agree to this Terms and these websites terms. While creating an account you will maybe asked to provide a login/username and password (“Login Information”). You must keep this Login information in secret, should not give an access to your account to anyone else. If you think that your Login information has been shared with 3rd parties you must change your credentials immediately. If you are aware of any breach in our security or suspect it you must immediately inform us about it.
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING OR USING IN ANY WAY THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IN CASE OF NON AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DON’T ACCESS OUR GAMES, WEBSITE, UNINSTALL THEM.
Our Games can exist on the iTunes, Google Play, Amazon Appstore and Facebook platforms. These are their Statements of Rights. You confirm that any of your actions are ruled by them. You should agree to their terms of use before accessing any of our Services or Games.

- License to Play our Games
If you agree to these Terms then InchGames is granting you a non-exclusive, non- transferable, revocable limited license to access its Games and play our Games for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree that you must not use our Games for any other purpose.
In case of violation of any of these Terms, we keep the right to terminate you license without any notification. You are the one responsible for confidentiality of the Login Information and any kind of its use, including purchases, even if not authorised by you. If anything happens to your Account it’s your responsibility.
InchGames reserves the right to rename usernames or remove whenever and for any reason. You must not violate the third party right by naming your Account. We allow using only one Account on one physical device.
- In-Game Purchases, Currencies and Goods
Our Games can include virtual, in-game currency(“Virtual Currency”), such as coins, diamonds, gems or any other similar items, which can be purchased with “real world” money or by user interactions with a third-party service. Virtual Currency can be used to purchase virtual, in-game digital items (“Virtual Goods”). InchGames does not handle the transactions of any Virtual Currency. Third party payments providers such as AppStore, Google Play handle any Virtual Currency transactions.
When purchasing any Virtual Currency in our Games, you agree to third party payments providers’ Terms of Use.
Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods are not allowed to be exchanged for “real world” money or good from any party. Transfers of Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods outside of the Games are not allowed. You agree that all sales of Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods are final and no refunds will be given by any party including InchGames and payment providers. You obtain only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods in the Games. If your Account is terminated or deleted for any reason, or if InchGames discontinues its Games, you lose any and all Virtual Currency and Goods. InchGames has the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, and/or eliminate Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods as it sees fit in its sole discretion, and InchGames shall have no liability to you or anyone for the exercise of such rights.
- Content Rights
“Content” means any data, including all texts, communications, sound, svideo, or image files, software and any items perceived or accessible from Games. Moreover any comments left on our social pages, website or on Appstore or Google Play, Amazon Store,Facebook including any other software providers, feedback, suggestions provided by you to InchGames about the Games. If other is not specified in these Terms, all Content is owned, controlled, or licensed by InchGames. InchGames, its logos, and the Games’ names are trademarks of InchGames and must not be used without obtaining InchGames written permission in advance. All Content is copyrighted under US copyright laws and/or similar laws of other jurisdictions, protecting it from unauthorised use.
You agree that all Content, all accounts, characters created, Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods acquired, any items created or obtained during the playing of the Games, are the sole and exclusive property of InchGames. InchGames keeps a right to use all Content for any purpose, including for commercial or marketing use without any restriction or compensation to you. You must not duplicate, copy, redistribute, publish or otherwise exploit any Content in violation of the intellectual property rights of InchGames or any other third party.
If you received any right, title, or interest to any part of the Content, you agree to and provide all those right to InchGames, including title, and interest in and to such Content, under all applicable laws, forever. If such assignment is ineffective under applicable law, you must grunt InchGames the sole and exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, change, create any kind of works from, publish, upload, distribute, sell, send, resend, transmit, publicly show, use, and practice such Content, and to incorporate the same in other ways of using in any form, media, or technology now known or later will be developed or created.
We have the right to edit, refuse to post, or remove any Content posted in the Games that are created by you if it violates these Terms or the spirit of these Terms, in our sole discretion and determination. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for Content that is created by users of the Games. You bear the entire risk of the completeness, inaccuracy or usefulness of Content found in the Games.
You acknowledge and agree that InchGames uses built-in tracking features to obtain information regarding your use of the Games, and agree that such information is deemed to be Content for all purposes under these Terms. More about this you can find in privacy policy.
- Using Rules
In actions done by you inside our Games should not be harmful for any of users or InchGames. You must not violate any rights of InchGames or 3rd parties. Cheating or selling of Virtual currencies, changing game code to receive any profits are prohibited. We keep a right to permanently delete your account in case of any abuse or misconduct. We strongly don’t allow to use any language which can be defined as vulgar, obscene, hateful, sexually explicit, or racially, ethnically or otherwise. You are now allowed use any cheats, exploits or hacks, including automation software. We keep a right to delete your account in case of any actions that doesn’t fit the Spirit of Terms of use.
While accessing and playing our Games, you confirm that you are 13 years or older. If you are younger than we require you to be supervised by your parents or legal guardians.
- Termination
We keep the right to terminate or delete your account or access to any of our Services or Games whenever we find it suitable. No refund will be provided. We can stop supporting or updating any of our Games at any time without notifying you. We’ll won’t be required to provide any refunds or benefits. You have a right to terminate your Account at any time by sending an email to us.
